Description

This tank container safely transports hydrogen peroxide domestically and internationally by road, rail, sea and inland waterways. It supports loading/unloading, temporary storage and temperature retention through insulation during transport. When accepting or transporting a container filled with highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide, the contents' temperature must be monitored regularly.

The C14L21HP is a fully equipped premium version. Equipment offered as options on the C14L21RS is standard on the HP model. A valve with a sintered filter disc replaces the standard valve. For hydrogen peroxide, this critical component prevents airborne dust, metal particles and other contaminants from entering the tank and causing catalytic decomposition and a pressure rise.

The front cabinet contains the liquid loading/unloading device, vapour venting device (breather valve), pressure gauge and a two-level sampling device with quick couplings at 10% and 40% of the height above the vessel's lowest generatrix. The rear cabinet houses a safety valve with rupture disc and pressure gauge, a level gauge and a temperature sensor.

Standard tank container equipment

  • DN50 loading/unloading ball valve
  • Vapour-phase venting device
  • DN500 manway
  • safety Valve DN65
  • Radar level gauge for precise filling and remaining-volume monitoring
  • Temperature sensor for real-time cargo condition monitoring
  • Sampling device for quick, safe closed sampling at 10–40% levels
  • Pressure gauge for monitoring internal excess pressure
