Description
The Zernovoz machine combines power, precision and reliability to produce high-quality joints with minimal residual stresses. Its welding unit offers extensive angle and parameter adjustments for complex shapes. It is used for grain trailer bodies and other aluminium structures requiring strong, precise welds.
It welds materials 2–40 mm thick in a single pass, or up to 80 mm from both sides. A cantilever structure and heavy-duty gantry ensure precision for workpieces up to 20 metres long. Adjustable tool tilt and attack angles handle complex welding tasks. The 57 kW motor delivers high torque with low energy consumption.
