Description

Milk cooling tanks collect, rapidly cool and store raw milk before processing and pasteurisation. Closed tanks feature excellent insulation, sealed construction and modern cooling, washing, control and volume measurement equipment, meeting the requirements of advanced dairy producers. The refrigeration system prevents milk from freezing even at low tank fill levels. Refrigerant expands directly into the evaporator to cool the milk. Cooling temperature is an important parameter affecting milk acidity.
