Sespel wins the Breakthrough of the Year award at Delo Spetstekhniki 2026!

The award was presented on 1 October at Lukoil Arena in Moscow during the Delo Spetstekhniki national exhibition and forum, one of the industry's key events for manufacturers, dealers and users of commercial and specialist vehicles. The annual awards recognise achievements in the specialist equipment market, with rankings based on sales trends, production growth and participants' market activity. Winning the Breakthrough of the Year category recognises the contribution of the entire plant team and the company's sustained development of its manufacturing capabilities.

The forum was held in a new format for the first time. It was organised by the National Association of Dealers, Distributors and Manufacturers of Special Equipment (NADDiPS), whose members account for around 60% of Russia's specialist equipment market, and the Avito Spetstekhnika platform. Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade served as the event's general partner.

For Sespel, taking part in an award of this calibre provided further recognition of its position as one of Russia's leading manufacturers of specialist equipment. The company produces a broad range of semitrailers, road tankers, tank containers, storage vessels and friction stir welding machines, from conventional fuel and bitumen tankers to cryogenic tank containers and aluminium silos.

During the exhibition and forum, plant representatives held business meetings and negotiations with potential partners and customers. Discussions covered opportunities to expand deliveries of specialist equipment across Russia and cooperation with transport and logistics companies. Sespel's own developments attracted particular interest, ranging from robotic welding systems to storage vessel designs incorporating patented technologies.

The Breakthrough of the Year award creates further opportunities for the company to promote its products within the industry and strengthen partnerships. The plant's management noted that the award not only recognises work already completed, but also encourages further development, expansion of the model range and improvements in product quality.
