How we work
Contact our manager by phone or email
We agree on the analysis method, price and schedule, then sign a contract
We receive and prepare the samples, conduct the analysis and produce a test report
We send the final report and issue completion documents
Spectral analysis using a TrueXR handheld X-ray fluorescence analyser rapidly determines metal and alloy composition directly at the inspection site. It identifies steel or alloy grades without extensive sample preparation or transport to the laboratory.
The TrueXR analyser measures alloying elements, excluding carbon and sulphur
The method excites atoms using X-rays and analyses their characteristic spectrum. Each element has a unique spectral fingerprint, allowing reliable determination of ferrous and non-ferrous metal composition, including Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Zr, Nb, Mo, W and Pb.
Main advantages: speed (3–5 seconds per analysis), non-destructive testing, suitability for products of any size and minimal surface preparation.

The laboratory uses stationary SPECTROMAXx and CXR-980 spark spectrometers for high-precision quantitative analysis of metals and alloys. They deliver the accuracy and repeatability required for material certification, incoming inspection and research.
SPECTROMAXx is one of the world’s most widely used spark spectrometers in metallurgy
Unlike handheld analysers, stationary equipment determines the full chemical composition, including carbon (C), sulphur (S), phosphorus (P), silicon (Si) and other elements critical to steel grade classification. Tests use specially prepared samples with clean, flat surfaces.
Imported materials often require a Russian equivalent for manufacture or repairs. The laboratory analyses the composition of imported steel or alloy and compares it with GOST, technical specifications and industry standards for Russian grades.
Equivalents are selected by matching the main alloying elements and mechanical properties
Our specialists use current steel and alloy grade databases to identify the closest Russian equivalent or explain why no direct substitute exists. The report lists the measured composition and a recommended replacement grade under Russian standards.
This service is particularly useful for import substitution, repair of imported equipment and preparation of manufacturing process documentation using domestic materials.

The factory laboratory of Cheboksary Enterprise Sespel CJSC holds official measurement capability assessment report No. 13-25, issued by the Chuvash Centre for Standardisation and Metrology (Rosstandart).
The certificate confirms that the laboratory has the necessary conditions for performing measurements
The assessment followed MI 2427-2024, the current standard governing laboratory measurement capability checks. The report is valid until 19 December 2028.
