Description
The vessel complies fully with Customs Union Technical Regulation TR CU 032/2013 on the safety of pressure equipment and specification TU 25.29.12-072-0544497-2019 for Sespel compressed air receivers. Receivers vary in nominal volume and dimensions and can be customised. Each unit must be marked by stamping data onto a plate welded to the receiver wall or directly onto the wall.
Applications
Forms part of a vehicle's pneumatic or hydraulic drive system.
Safety precautions
Installation and operation must be carried out by personnel authorised to work with pressure equipment, familiar with the operating manual, and in compliance with GOST 12.2.003, GOST 12.4.009 and GOST R 50800.
Strictly prohibited
- Pressurising the receiver above its rated operating pressure
- Subjecting the receiver to mechanical impacts or dynamic loads, or operating it outside the specified ambient temperature range
- Operating the device under aggressive external conditions
- Carrying out any maintenance or repairs while the receiver is pressurised
