Sespel DB4U41 high-strength steel tipping semi-trailer

The DB4U41 tipper body is made from high-strength steel for reliability, durability and wear resistance. Designed to carry various bulk loads, the trailer can be hauled by Russian or foreign tractor units with 4×2 or 6×4 axle configurations.

The body has an oval cross-section, with a lower profile approaching a circle. This helps distribute loads evenly and improves discharge. The upper body rail has a U-shaped profile with rounded corners, increasing strength and reducing the risk of damage during operation.

Body sections are joined using hybrid laser welding with automatic inspection of 100% of the weld. This ensures high-quality, defect-free joints and structural stability even during prolonged operation in difficult conditions.
