Russian Minister of Industry and Trade visits Cheboksary

On 27 January 2017, Cheboksary hosted an exhibition presenting the Chuvash Republic’s industrial and innovative capabilities. It showcased advanced regional developments in high-tech industry and innovative solutions. Visitors included Russian Minister of Industry and Trade D. V. Manturov, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District M. V. Babich, federal and regional officials, business representatives and investors.

The presentation highlighted mechanical engineering, energy and chemical industry achievements, key sectors of the Chuvash Republic’s economy. The delegation praised the region’s potential and the importance of such events for strengthening economic cooperation, attracting investment and supporting promising innovative projects.

Several cooperation agreements were signed at the exhibition to develop industrial production and introduce modern technologies across various sectors.
